Refund & Return Policy – Infinite Beauty & Hair Care
At Infinite Beauty & Hair Care, customer satisfaction is at the heart of what we do. We take pride in providing high-quality services and products. However, we understand that situations may arise where a return, exchange, or refund may be required.
1. Services
Payments for beauty services (such as braiding, locs, makeup, nails, lashes, haircuts, etc.) are non-refundable once the service has been provided.
If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of a service, please raise the concern before leaving the salon, and we will do our best to make necessary adjustments at no extra cost.
2. Products
We accept returns or exchanges of beauty products purchased from our salons under the following conditions:
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Returns must be made within 7 days of purchase with a valid receipt.
Products such as wigs, hair extensions, and cosmetics are non-returnable once opened due to hygiene reasons.
3. Refunds
Approved refunds (for eligible products only) will be processed via the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
In cases of defective products, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund.
4. Deposits & Bookings
Service deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to another booking if rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Missed appointments without prior notice may result in a loss of the deposit.
